On the Canadian side of the Niagara River, the Wet Jet Tour departs daily out of Niagara-on-the-Lake ON from May until October. As well, we depart from Niagara Falls ON from mid June through to Labour Day (Canadian Holiday the first Monday in September). We also depart daily from the United States side of the Niagara River out of Lewiston NY from mid June through to Labour Day. After Labour Day, we depart on a limited basis and weekends.

The Wet Jet Tour:

• You will absolutely get soaked
• Passengers must be at least 6 years of age and 44 inches tall.
• All guests must be on site at least 45 minutes before your departure time.
• Passengers under the age of 16 must travel with someone over the age of 18.
• We do not reserve specific seats for any wet jet departure.
• Passengers are allowed to bring a hat, glasses and water proof cameras.

Passengers are provided with all the necessary gear to keep you as comfortable as possible and in no way shape or form will the gear that we provide keep you from getting absolutely soaked. Passengers will receive a certified life jacket and a set of aqua socks (you can wear your own shoes or sandals as long as the sandals have a strap that wraps around your ankle). As the weather dictates, we will provide everyone with a wool sweater, a full length splash suit and a poncho; we have sizes that fit almost all types and ages.

Established in 1992, Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours introduced the futuristic looking Jet Dome in 2000. Although currently only departing from Canada, the Jet Dome can be reserved for groups of 15 or more out of Lewiston, NY. The Jet Dome Tour:

• Departs from Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON in the shoulder seasons (April, May, beginning of June, September and October).
• Departs from the Niagara Glen (Niagara Falls, ON) during the end of June, July, and August).
• All guests must be on site 45 minutes before your departure time.
• Passengers on the Dome must be at least 4 years old and 40 inches tall.
• Maximum seated capacity is 40 passengers.
• Passengers under the age of 16 must travel with an adult over the age of 18.

The Jet Dome has hydraulic doors that open up on both sides of the boat during the tour that presents unprecedented views of the Niagara Gorge. When going through the Class Five whitewater, we close the doors to ensure everyone stays dry. On the tour we provide you with a head set to listen comfortably to your river guide commentating on points of interest, the geography, history and scenery of the Gorge, the mechanics of the jet dome, and the nuances of the mighty Niagara River.
