The Bird Kingdom, 4 time winner of Attraction of the Year, is the worlds largest, free flying aviary. 
Located on the scenic Niagara Gorge and next to the Falls, the Bird Kingdom hosts a diverse collection of almost 400 birds representing nearly 80 species from around the world.

A perfect 72 degrees, year-round, the Bird Kingdom's walk-thru, wheel chair and stroller accessible environments allow everyone to experience the rainforest first hand.  Your self-gided tour allows you to get up-close and personal with our free-flying birds in our Lorikeet feeding area and in our Encounter Zone where you may come upon a  talking bird and other animals that will amaze.

The Main Atrium is truly a sight to behold and is a multi-level natural environment; complete with 35 foot tall Palm Tree's, a 40-foot tall waterfall, ponds and streams!

Be sure to visit the various creepy crawlers in our Nocturnal Section featuring foot long African Millipedes, poisonous Emperor Scorpions and many other creatures and they're all right at home with the gigantic Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, a huge Bird Eating Tarantula Spider, Egyptian Fruit Bats, Rat Snakes and others!

 
And a Rainforest can't be a Rainforest without reptiles...so while you wind your way through our 3 level, 55,000 sq. ft.  attraction, stop in our Reptile area and experience a variety of reptiles including a 50 lb Blood Python, Red Foot Tortoise, 10 lb Kane Toad, Striped Knee Tarantula and many more!

There are more than 25 interesting reptiles on display and opportunities throughout your adventure for photo opportunities around every corner.
